Introduction:

The ZP80-9B can transform any granular material into large round or non-round tablets. Specifically engineered for large TCCA production, it accommodates 250g, 280g, and 300g formats, and was introduced by our company six years ago.
The ZP80-9B large rotary tablet press machine achieves a production capacity of 4000 pcs/h for 250g, 280g, and 300g chlorine tablets. This is tenfold that of traditional hydraulic tablet press machines. Dubbed the 'Power TCCA Machine' by TCCA producers, it excels in speed and production capacity. Additionally, we've implemented multiple solutions to safeguard the machine from corrosion. The ZP80-9B is extensively used to manufacture 3-inch Chlorine Pool Tablets, Tri-Chlor Chlorine Tablets, swimming pool chlorine tablets, and 3" Trichlor Chlorine Tablets.
