The ZP80-9B is designed to press any granular material into large, round, or non-round tablets. This machine, developed by our company six years ago, is specialized for large TCCA tablet production in 250g, 280g, and 300g sizes.
The ZP80-9B offers an impressive production capacity of 4000 pcs/h for 250g, 280g, and 300g chlorine tablets, making it ten times more efficient than traditional hydraulic tablet press machines. Renowned as the 'Power TCCA Machine' by producers, due to its speed and excellent output, it features multiple anti-corrosion solutions. It is widely utilized for producing 3-inch Chlorine Pool Tablets, Tri-Chlor Chlorine Tablets, swimming pool chlorine tablets, and 3" Trichlor Chlorine Tablets.
