Our ZP80-9B model expertly compresses granular material into large round or non-round tablets. Developed six years ago, it is tailored for 250g, 280g, and 300g TCCA production.
The ZP80-9B large rotary tablet press machine delivers an impressive production capacity of 4000 pcs/h for 250g, 280g, and 300g chlorine tablets - ten times the output of traditional hydraulic presses. Known as the 'Power TCCA Machine' among producers, it combines speed with exceptional production capability. We've also implemented numerous solutions to prevent machine corrosion. The ZP80-9B is ideal for producing 3-inch chlorine pool tablets, Tri-Chlor chlorine tablets, swimming pool chlorine tablets, and 3" Trichlor chlorine tablets.
