Features:
*Dual-pressure, Tablet output from two directions, non-standard mold. It is used to press any granular materials into a circular ring-shaped tablets and a variety of special-shaped pieces a, suitable for suppression of large diameter and thicker type tablets.
*There are two pressure, namely main pressure and pre pressure, which improve tablet quality greatly. The rigidity of main transmission mechanism is enhanced , as well as its stability.
*Hand wheel adjustment mechanism with digital display, accurate and flexible. adjustment process for depth of fill is simplified.
*The Frequency inverter lets speed adjustable, easy to operate, safe and reliable.
*Equipped with overload protection device, when the pressure overload, it can automatically shut down.
*External casing is fully enclosed, made of stainless steel ,inner table is also made of stainless steel, where the raw material contacting parts are made of stainless steel or surface treated in non-toxic corrosion.
*Turret face is specially treated to keep the surface clean and prevent cross-contamination, to comply with GMP Requirements.
*compression chamber surrounded by transparent glass, and can fully open, easy to clean and maintain. Indoor is equipped with security lighting, which can be clearly observed for tablets state.
