The ZP40-9 rotary tablet press is a mid-size machine model extensively utilized across the chemical, food, health, and beauty industries. Introduced as a R&D innovation from our company, this machine is versatile enough to compress various granular materials into tablets of both round and non-round shapes. It is particularly favored for larger tablet production (e.g., Dia=30-60mm), and is ideal for applications in animal medicine and artistic block production.
The machine's body is encased in high-quality stainless steel, featuring a newly designed, fully enclosed Plexiglass structure for the tablet pressing room. This ensures a bright, aesthetically pleasing appearance.
A prime application includes the production of 20g *** tablets. In China alone, over 60 sets of our ZP40 series machines are operational, manufacturing 20g/30g *** tablets. Notable users include Hebei Jiheng Chemical and Tai'An Huatai Chemical.
