ZP80-9B large rotary tablet press can produce 250g TCCA/Chlorine tablet press/disinfection tablets.
ZP80-9 series rotary tablet press machines are developed specially for TCCA tablet production by our company. ZP80-9 series has 2 models, namely ZP80-9A and ZP80-9B.

ZP80-9A large rotary tablet press is mainly used to produce100g 200g chlorine tablets with an inner hole.
ZP80-9B large rotary tablet press is mainly used to produce common100g 200g 250g chlorine tablets without hole.

ZP80-9B can press any granular material into large tablets (eg:dia=76mm) of round or non-round shape. It was specially developed for large TCCA production in 100g 200g 250g by our company 6 years ago.
ZP80-9B large rotary tablet press machine production capacity reaches 4000 pcs/h in 100g 200g 250g chlorine tablet, which is ten times than traditional hydraulic tablet machine. It is called "Power TCCA Machine" by TCCA producers with its speed and excellent production capacity. We also think out many solutions to protect machine from corrosion.
