The ZP40-9 rotary tablet press stands as a mid-sized, versatile machine model. It enjoys widespread application in the chemical, food, health, and beauty sectors. Developed by our R&D team, it adeptly compresses various granular materials into tablets of both round and non-round shapes. Its popularity extends to larger tablet production (e.g., Dia=30-60mm), catering to needs such as animal medicine and artistic blocks.
The machine body is elegantly encased in stainless steel, while the tablet pressing chamber boasts a new, fully enclosed structure made of Plexiglass, offering both brightness and an appealing appearance.
One of the primary applications of this machine is the production of 20g chlorine tablets. Within China alone, over 60 sets of our ZP40 series machines are employed in the manufacture of 20g/30g chlorine tablets. Notable users include Hebei Jiheng Chemical and Tai'An Huatai Chemical.
