The ZP40-9 rotary tablet press is a mid-size machine model, renowned in the chemical, food, health, beauty, and several other sectors. Developed by our R&D team, the ZP40-9 is ideal for pressing various granular materials into round or non-round tablets. It is particularly favored for manufacturing larger tablets (e.g., Dia=30-60mm), such as animal medicine and artistic blocks.
The machine body features a stainless steel package, and the tablet pressing room boasts a new, fully enclosed Plexiglass structure, offering a bright and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
A notable application is the production of 20g *** tablets. In China alone, over 60 of our ZP40 series machines are employed for producing 20g/30g *** tablets. For instance, Hebei Jiheng Chemical and Tai'An Huatai Chemical use our ZP40 series machines.
