Introduction:

The ZP80-9B is capable of pressing any granular material into large round or non-round tablets. Developed specifically for large-scale TCCA production in 250g, 280g, and 300g sizes, our company introduced this versatile machine 6 years ago.
The ZP80-9B large rotary tablet press machine boasts a production capacity of 4000 pcs/h for 250g, 280g, and 300g chlorine tablets, which is ten times greater than traditional hydraulic tablet press machines. Dubbed the 'Power TCCA Machine' by TCCA producers for its speed and excellent production capacity, we have also implemented numerous solutions to protect the machine from corrosion. The ZP80-9B is widely used for producing 3-inch Chlorine Pool Tablets, Tri-Chlor Chlorine Tablets, swimming pool chlorine tablets, and 3" Trichlor Chlorine Tablets.

Our ZP80-9 model large rotary tablet press can exert a maximum pressure of 80T, featuring a pre-pressure wheel for preliminary pressing. Currently, 80T remains the highest pressure achievable by any rotary tablet press machine in mainland China.
The tablet hardness achieved by our ZP80-9 ranges from 120-300 kgf/c-m2, as confirmed by test results from Nanning Chemical Group and Hebei Jiheng Chemical Group. They provided us with qualified reports post-debugging, serving as the best proof of our ZP80-9's pressure capabilities.
