The press machine belongs to common sheet metal presses, for a variety of cold stamping process, such as
shearing, punching, blanking, bending and shallow stretch of work. Its structural features are as follows:
*Adopts horizontally placed crankshaft.
*Slider is in a casting box-shaped structure, the collapsed overload protection device is installed in slider, to protect the operation to be sensitive and reliable; when slider overloads, there is destruction to collapsed fuse, to reach the purpose to protect the main parts of press against damage.
* Manually adjust the height of slider mould, die height is showed by sign
* Body rail is in shape of six rectangular, high precision, strong anti-side load capacity. Slider is reciprocated running in body. The gap between slider and rail is adjusted through the screws, to make slider motion with more stable accuracy.
* Use electromagnets to manipulate the system, when the electromagnet of press machine is energized continuously to attract together, it is continuous stroke; when press machine is in power - loss of power conversion, it is single stroke.
* The press has two-handed operation and pedal operation which can be chose by operators through preselection switch. Operating mode to adjust, from single stroke to continuous stroke, is controlled by the function preselection switch.
* This presses the preferred mode of operation is two-handed operation, the basic guarantee for the safety of the operator, and when in the use of pedal operation, photoelectric safety protection device must be configured in order to ensure the safety of the operator.
* The press is in strict accordance with JB / T6580-93 "Open Press Precision" and JB / T6580.1-1998 "Open Press Technical Conditions" requirement for production and manufacturing, machine safety in line with GB17120-1997 "Forging Machinery Safety and Technical Conditions "and JB3350-93" Mechanical Presses Safety Requirements "requirement.
