The ZP40-9 Rotary Tablet Press is a mid-sized machine model, widely adopted across chemical, food, and health & beauty industries. As an R&D innovation from our company, it is engineered to press various granular materials into tablets of both round and non-round shapes. Renowned for larger tablet production (e.g.: Dia=30-60mm), it finds applications in producing animal medicine and artistic blocks.
The machine's body is encased in high-quality stainless steel, and its tablet pressing chamber features a new, fully enclosed Plexiglass structure, offering a bright and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
One of the primary applications of this machine is the production of 20g *** tablets. In China alone, over 60 sets of our ZP40 series machines are utilized to manufacture 20g/30g *** tablets. Notable examples include Hebei Jiheng Chemical and Tai'An Huatai Chemical, both of which use our ZP40 series machines.
